After finishing my B.Sc. I followed my passion in Academia, and I was not disappointed. I worked in M.Sc. on the bio-degradation of phenolics in wastewater, because my motivation was and still is to decrease the human impact on the nature as much as possible, and recover its original green and blue colors. That is why I am interested in scientific research in the fields of applied microbiology, biotechnology, bio production & degradation. My focus of research application is resources sustainability and biological alternatives; especially concerned with decreasing the carbon footprint of industries with the aid of microbial communities.
